3. Product Information
I aim to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability. Errors may occasionally occur. I reserve the right to correct these errors and refuse or cancel orders placed for items with incorrect information.
4. Shipping, Returns & Order Cancellations

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed with Free Dreamer, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are processed promptly to ensure fast and efficient delivery. If you no longer wish to keep your order once received, you may request a return as per the terms below.

Returns:

All returns must be unworn, unused and still have the tags on. Any damage must be reported withing 2 days of receipt.

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, returns are allowed, but you must cover the return shipping cost.

If the item is damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

All returns must be received by the supplier within 14 days of delivery.

Returns received after this period may be refused, and no refund will be issued. These conditions are set by our supplier and are non-negotiable.
5. International Orders & Import Duties
Free Dreamer ships products worldwide, with manufacturing partners located across various regions. As such, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are the importer of record and are therefore solely responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the import of goods. Any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred upon arrival are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant customs authority.
Free Dreamer cannot accept responsibility for any delays, additional charges, or refusal of entry imposed by local customs offices. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an international order.

9. Sales Tax / Vat
Free Dreamer operates under the OSS (One Stop Shop) VAT system for cross-border sales within applicable jurisdictions. As such, all orders are subject to a standard sales tax/VAT rate of 21%, based on the location of the business registration for tax purposes. This rate is applied at checkout in compliance with current tax regulations.
